On Tuesday, Wednesday and a little of Thursday,
August 7, 8, and 9, 2001,
we had a visit from 1/2 of Pollock Pines
(Some would say "at least 3/4")
Jan came to visit us for a while!
(Click on a thumbnail for a larger photo) We picked Jan up at SEATAC International around 10:30 in
the morning on Tuesday. From there, we drove up to the Seattle waterfront to play tourists. After lunch we did the next tourist thing and took
the ferry from Seattle to Bremerton. There are quicker routes to Port Angeles, but this one gives you time to see
the Puget Sound Finally we arrive at Birdsong lane. Time to visit and relax.
And consume some Merlot.
On Wednesday, we drove around town.
Just up the hill from Port Angeles, We drove up to Crescent Lake, too, but your photographer

And back
to the airport on Thursday
And to have lunch at our favorite restaurant for seafood:
Elliot's Oyster House.
and enjoy the ferry ride.
Especially on a day like this particular Tuesday.
