We flew into Seattle on September 15th, 1995, and spent the evening on Seattle's waterfront. The touristy part. We ate dinner here at Elliot's Seafood Restaurant, and Holli had her first taste of really fresh salmon. We were served by the best waiter we probably have ever known.
