The houses come in 14' wide sections. Three sections in our case. We will add an 8 foot wood porch to the whole front. And put a roof over the deck in the rear. A two car garage will be attached to the left side. The garage, porch and deck roof are added after the sections are assembled. The house is about 1,600 square feet not including the porch, deck or garage. That's about 500 feet more than we wanted, but construction codes required the larger size. Oh well, more to vacuum. Sigh.
